Once upon a time, Jonathan consulted on the funny with comedians on their jokes, sitcom writers on their specs, and screenwriters on their feature-length comedy screenplays.

But media evolved, Jonathan learned, and clients referred clients.

Today, Jonathan works with writers who produce, comedians who act, influencers who run businesses, teachers refining lectures, authors polishing novels, nonprofit professionals sharing lived experience, and academics writing very serious content.

On projects that run two hours and twenty minutes or one minute and twenty seconds, need to go vertical or get clicks, expand a brand or just need line edits, play in a breakout room, whether on Zoom or in person, live on Substack, play off a PowerPoint, or be exactly what the editor at Shouts & Murmurs is looking for.

Can Jonathan help with all that?

Two answers.

First, for sure, every project is different. The sort of funny, and the amount of funny that works, depend on your goals and the medium. But together, you and Jonathan will figure out just the right fit. And whatever the project, having a guy with decades of professional experience creating the funny, and who loves working with you on it, is always a good idea.

Second, don't take Jonathan's word for it. Get on the phone with him. Describe your project, your goals, and your challenges. In fifteen minutes, you'll have a better sense of how your approach your project and whether Jonathan is the right guy to help.
